STORE POLICY
Customer Care
Return policy: A customer has 24 hours after receiving their instrument to notify us if they would like to return it. Failure to notify us within this 24 hour period may result in a 10% restocking fee and other fees involving sale. The customer will be responsible for all shipping expenses unless otherwise agreed (it is not necessary to expedite return shipping, ground shipping will be sufficient). Returned instruments must be in the same condition as when they left here to qualify for a refund. Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for all risk in returning an instrument – please make sure it is properly packed and insured through whichever shipping service is chosen. If an instrument was given in trade toward a purchase and the customer is not satisfied with the newly acquired instrument, they may not have the instrument that was traded returned to them unless otherwise agreed. The customer may return the instrument they acquired but their options will be to receive store credit for the trade value if they use it to acquire a different instrument or we may offer to purchase the instrument from the customer at 60% market value minus cost of repairs needed. International shipments are accompanied by complete and accurate commercial invoices that reflect the price paid for the goods. International shipments (anywhere outside the continental United States) are NOT eligible for return. "AS IS" instrument sales are final - they are not eligible for return/refund.
Layaway options, to hold an instrument up to 30 days, a non refundable deposit is required of at least 10% of the total value. For longer periods of time a bigger deposit will be required. All deposits are non refundable as guitar is removed from our store and not available to other clients.
