This guitar has been poorly refinished. Other modifications are the edges of the headstock have been shaved down. The Kluson tuners have one strip with black paint on it. No serial number or logo. It does play well. The pickup is original and measures a nice hot 8.58 ohms.  Original Grey Tiger capacitor. Tailpiece is right as well as the input jack. Frets look good. Non original Gibson Hard shell case. Sounds great plugged in. So if you are looking for a player’s 50’s Les Paul at a fraction of the price consider this one.
